2009 Estate Syrah/Mourvedre

Our Mourvedre is a big blockbuster grape that overpowers this blend while young in the bottle. As it takes a back seat to the Syrah the fruit forward aromas of blueberry, cherry blossoms and ripe plums fade into the background. Accents of familiar Syrah notables as slate, anise and leather begin to complement the blend and the wine opens. Cellar this for decades or enjoy today, it will be a unique and pleasurable experience whenever you choose it to be.

2009 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot

Layered with the richness you expect from Cabernet fruit and the softness of Merlot; this is a wine of great mid-palate complexity. With the aroma of mocha, black cherry, a hint of anise and a spicy toasted oak nose, this wine is luscious. Its deep ruby color and intensity leads to a delightfully rounded finish.

2009 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Our dedication to using 100% Cabernet Sauvignon in this wine showcased the elegance of this grape in our 2008 vintage. Our plants continue to produce great fruit, a warm lingering fall in 2009 allowed us extra hang-time for the grapes. The intensity of flavor and aromatics are the result. Rich mocha, plum and blackberries give way to cherrywood on the nose and bittersweet chocolate is ever present. A lovely wine experience today, cellared properly, an even more pleasurable Cabernet awaits the patient.

2008 Estate Mourvedre

We are proud to introduce you to our very first Estate grown 100% Mourvedre. This wine blooms in the glass with licorice, herbs, plum and very dark fruit. Totally dry on the palate it displays a juiciness that defies description. An airy freshness that is particular to blueberry and currant, the finish is a delicate, soft and rewarding experience.

2010 Reserve Syrah

A rich, full bodied Syrah with excellent fruit shining through on the first taste. Great Syrah shows off the spice and black pepper we expect, while allowing the blackberry and raspberry on the nose to complement. This wine is well balanced in the mid-palate with a long lingering finish. Idaho soil and French Rhone varietals, a perfect match!

2010 Reserve Merlot

Our Merlot displays the deep ruby color and big body this varietal is known for. We showcase Idaho\92s potential for great wines by utilizing only Idaho fruit in the production of this fine wine. The rich aroma of blackberry, cherry and chocolate are followed by an excellently balanced mid-palate. Smooth tannins lead to a soft, well-rounded, velvety finish.
