2011 Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Our very first vintage of Sauvignon Blanc showcases the fruits capacity for a plethora of aromatics and flavors. With the grapefruit citrus notes and grassy minerality we expected coming to life in our initial offering, the excitement for this grape in our vineyard has been rewarded. This refreshing, mouth watering wine is a natural with oysters, fish, spicy foods, sushi and vegetable dishes.

2010 Estate Chardonnay

Layers of pear and apple lead to a light, almost honey-like texture in this classic French style Chardonnay. A lightly oaked wine, it shows great balance with a rich mouth feel and a lingering finish. Beautifully structured, the fruit truly expresses the terrior of our vineyards. It is a Chardonnay profile, distinct fruit forward and very expressive. A classic wine that will age well for many years.

2010 Reserve Riesling

This slightly sweet, off dry wine showcases an explosion of beautiful fruit from the nose to the finish. A richness felt in the mid-palate is balanced by bright spicy flavors and mouth watering acidity. This delicious wine is a delightful expression of well grown Riesling grapes.

2011 Estate Pinot Gris

Produced in the decidedly French style, this Pinot Gris opens with intense aromas of orange, pineapples and grapefruit. Its lush, almost fresh-cut-apples like acidity shows well in the roundness at the mid-palate. A wine that displays a complexity that captures the crispness of the fruit yet broadens to a soft lovely finish.

Our very dry French Style Rose is one of our most popular creations.This 5th vintage showcases the same beautiful nose of fresh garden strawberries and hints of raspberry.The crisp acidity makes this a perfect match for so many types of food and cheeses that you can enjoy a summer day in Provence and day of the year.

2011 Estate Vivacious

A lightly oaked, perfectly balanced blend of two great white Rhone varietals, a most beautiful marriage. Blending the voluptuous mouth feel and aromatics of the Viognier grape to the more acidic, floral side of the Roussanne grape expresses the terroir of our vineyards as well as any wine we have produced.

2008 Estate Roussanne

Our 2008 Estate Grown Roussanne displays a honeyed richness often found in this elusive grape varietal. Your nose will say apricot, dried pear and peach while the every changing aromas flit in and out of this complex wine. A savory, lingering mid-palate leads to a truly rich feel in the mouth that will change moment to moment. It is these varietal characteristics that compelled us to produce such a profound wine; a wine whose complexities will only improve with bottle aging.
