We're serving Lunch, with the Winemaker that is.

Gary and I would like everyone to meet our new head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch.  To do this, we're offering Lunch with the Winemaker every Thursday from 12pm-130pm.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards.

January 2020 Lunch with the WineMaker Menu

• Arugula Salad with dried apricots, roasted almonds, pecorino romano and feta vinagrette
• Slow roasted Boneless Beef Shortribs with braised in American bourbon, molasses and chipotle chilies
• Served alongside creamy Parmesan Polenta                                                                                                          
• Roasted Sweet Brussel Sprouts with ginger and honey glazed carrots                                                                                                        
• Pear Tarte Tatin with cinnamon and nutmeg and soft whipped cream

Salt and Pepper Crostini and of wine of course

$45/person plus tax (includes service)
