Gary and I would like everyone to meet our new head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. To do this, we're offering Lunch with the Winemaker on the 4th Thursday of the month from 11:00am - 1:00pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards.
July 2020 Lunch with the WineMaker Menu
- Grilled Chicken Breast with Lemon and Garlic - served on a bed of greens and topped with pesto
- House Cous Cous - a confetti of cous cous, squash, peppers, walnuts, and dried fruit
- Charcuterie - personal size, proscuitto, cheese, olives and roasted nuts
- Roasted Salt and Pepper Shrimp Skewer - large roasted shrimp, finished with house made aioli
- and for dessert - Chocolate Decadance Truffle Torte with Creme Anglais and Raspberry Sauce!
and of wine of course!
