  • Mac and Cheese Baskets – scratch-made triple cheese and macaroni served with petite Parmesan ‘baskets’ vegetarian
  • Avocado-Cherry Toasts – garlic-rubbed and grilled baguette slices topped with smashed avocado, fresh, chopped cherries and balsamic reduction drizzle vegan 
  • Shredded Beef and Smoked Gouda Stuffed Baby Potatoes – salt-roasted baby reds hollowed and stuffed with a mixture of slow-roasted and pulled beef, caramelized sweet onions, and smoked Gouda, drizzled with chive sour cream gluten-free
  • Wild Mushroom Risotto Stuffed Mushroom – scratch made risotto with caramelized shallots, white wine, wild mushrooms, and a touch of cream stuffed into fresh mushrooms caps, topped with Parmesan and roasted vegetarian, gluten-free
  • Lemon-Herb Chicken Skewers – strips of boneless, skinless chicken breast tossed in fresh lemon and herbs, pan-seared to golden and slow-roasted in white wine sauce, served on bamboo skewers gluten-free
  • Petite Salmon Cakes – hand-made with wild Alaskan salmon, green onion, fresh parsley, finely diced red pepper, gluten-free panko and seasonings, pan-fried and served with lemon-caper aioli gluten-free
