3 Horse Ranch Vineyard Walk in the Eagle Foothills!

Please join us for the 7th Annual 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards Vineyard walk in the Eagle Foothills AVA. This informal walk and talk in the vineyards takes place on September 29, 2018.  Take an hour or so to see where our wines grow, Gary will speak about growing grapes in Idaho and the essentials of 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards and Eagle Foothills AVA terroir. Make your Reservation for our Annual Vineyard Walk and Reserve your post-walk Luncheon

Fall harvest is always an exciting time of year, and the 2018 vineyard promises to be interesting.

We will follow the Vineyard Walk with an optional lunch, provided by Porterhouse of Eagle
from 12pm-1pm. Porterhouse Eagle will be preparing an incredible feast for luncheon after the Vineyard Walk here at 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards.  Here is the proposed menu.

Organic Greens Mix - crispy greens tossed with slivered almonds and tomatoes tossed with a raspberry vinaigrette - served family style

Fresh Breads - Gaston's bakery rolls with whipped herb butter

Alaskan Salmon  - fresh Alaskan Salmon poached and served in fresh basil cream sauce

Southwestern Beef Tri-tip - marinated in olive oil, herbs and spices, grilled until medium rare and served in beautiful slices cut on the bias, a rare treat

Fingerling Potatoes - Twice fried then tossed in a dressing of lemon vinaigrette, Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.

Fresh Green beans - Tossed in Brown Butter and Garlic

Lemon Pudding Bar - that says it all, served with Raspberry swirl gelato. Sure to please!

When you reserve a spot for the walk, it is also the time to add lunch.  It promises to be a beautiful fall day, the perfect time to be out in the vineyard. The Vineyard Walk is an exclusive and complimentary event for all Wine Club members,
