We're serving Lunch, with the Winemaker that is.
Gary and I would like everyone to meet our new head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. To do this, we're offering Lunch with the Winemaker on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 11:00am -1:00pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards.
- Sunburst Salad - leafy greens, port wine poached cranberries, slivered almonds, blue cheese, raspberry vinegrette
- New Orleans Style Gumbo - full bodied rich roux, trifecta of celery, onions and peppers, tender chicken, smoked Andouille sausage, grilled shrimp
- Served with a scoop of fuffy, long grain white rice
- Garlic Bread, of course
- Pineapple-Ginger Upside-Down Cake
and wine of course
