We're serving Lunch, with the Winemaker that is.

Gary and I would like everyone to meet our new head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. We're offering Lunch with the Winemaker on April 22, 2021 from 11:00am - 1:00pm.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards and our new winery.

  • Anti-pasta Salad with Mozzarella, proscuitto, tomato, fresh basil, balsamic glaze
  • Flat Iron Steak Grilled medium rare with watercress and walnut pesto
  • Sun Dried tomato and Buratta pasta
  • Toasted Garlic Crostini

Room for Dessert?  Apple Cobbler served with Chantilly Creme and Raspberry sauce

and of wine of course!

$50/person plus tax 

 Suggested Wine:  2017 3HRV Eagle Foothills Cabernet Sauvignon
