We're serving Lunch, with the Winemaker that is.

Gary and I would like everyone to meet our new head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. We're offering Lunch with the Winemaker July 23, 2020 from 11:00am - 1:00pm.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards.

Charcuterie - personal size, proscuitto, cheese, olives and roasted nuts
Roasted Salt and Pepper Shrimp Skewer - large shrimp roasted and then drizzled with house made aioli

Room for Dessert?  Chocolate Decadence Truffle Torte served with Chantilly Creme and Raspberry sauce

and of wine of course!

 Suggested Wine: 3HRV 2016 Eagle Foothills Syrah or 3HRV 2018 Eagle Foothills Pinot Gris
