Dec 9, 2021 Lunch with the WineMaker Menu
	- Cafe salad -  fresh, tender lettuce dressed with mustardy vinegrette, served with warmed goat cheese croutes
- beef Bourguignon - beef, slow simmered in hearty red wine along with pearl onions, mushrooms and crisp, cubed bacon. Flavoured with carrots, onions, garlic, and a bouquet garni.
- Served with Garlicky mashed potatoes
- We're leaving it to Travis to create a great dessert! 
and of wine of course!
$55/person plus tax (includes service)
 Suggested Wine: 2018 3HRV Single Vineyards Merlot 80% / Cabernet Franc 20%   other wine always available.
