Gary and I would like everyone to meet our new head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. To do this, we're offering Lunch with the Winemaker on the 4th Thursday of the month from 11:00am - 1:00pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards.
August 2020 Lunch with the WineMaker Menu
- Vichyssoise - delicious creamy soup made of onions, puréed leeks, potatoes, chicken broth and cream, served chilled
- Steak Salad Niçoise Style - marinated and grilled flank steak, crumbled gorgonzola blue cheese, olives, roasted baby potatoes, pickled purple onions, fresh hard boiled egg, tender green beans, mustardy vinaigrette
- Housemade Garlic Crostini
- Fresh peach cobbler, served warm with whipped cream
- and of wine of course!
