A distinctive Rhône-inspired blend, bursting with ripe blackberry and dark cherry, savory spice and silky tannins, finishing with richness, warmth and lingering complexity.

What is a Super Rhône style wine?  It's a wine made with grapes not native to the Rhône Valley, France.  So for example Grenache with other Bordeaux style fruit.

Our l'Occasione is made with Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre (classic GSM), blended with Cabernet and Malbec.  The result is a fruity and racey wine that is super food friendly.  

Silky and expressive, with bright cherry and red berry flavors, delicate spice, soft tannins and an elegant, lingering finish.

Thoughtfully located at over 2,800 feet in elevation on top of a knoll, our Estate Pinot Noir is cooled in late summer afternoon by shade from a high ridge in the Eagle foothills.  Careful tending of this young block produced exceptional grapes in its inaugural harvest.  The 2023 harvest carries on the tradition of excellent Pinot Noir grapes.

Our very first Estate bottled Beau Geste is a beautiful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec,  Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot. Plush and expansive fruit flavors and beautiful finish. Pull the cork now or wait 10 years.

The fan favorite 3HRV red wine, 2018 Beau Geste makes it entrance now. Beautiful blend of 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 17% Malbec, 15% Cabernet Franc, 14% Malbec, & 7% Petite Verdot. Plush and expansive fruit flavors and beautiful finish. Pull the cork now or wait 10 years.

Named in deference to the many great Tawny Port wines from Portugal, 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards has for several years been developing our version of this delicious wine. Made from Syrah grapes using authentic, traditional techniques, we are proud to introduce our first bottling of Homage!
