Gary and I would like everyone to meet our new head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. To do this, we're offering Lunch with the Winemaker on the 4th Thursday of the month from 11:00am - 1:00pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards.

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup - with apple and bacon
Boneless Pork Loin - stuffed with goat cheese, apricots, almonds, white balsamic, and arugula, then rolled and Smoked whole and carved into luscious slices
Roasted Fall Vegetables
Housemade Garlic Crostini
Fresh pear galette, served warm with whipped cream
and of wine of course!
$50/person plus tax (includes service)
