We're serving Lunch, with the Winemaker that is.
Gary and I would like everyone to meet head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. We're serving Lunch with the Winemaker on June 4, 2026 from 11:00am - 1:00pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards and our beautiful winery.
- Niçoise Style Steak Salad - potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, olives, egg, cucumber, artichoke, pickled red onion, white bean, winemaker's vinaigrette
- Mushroom Tapanade Crostini - olives, anchovy, herbs, garlic
- Vichyssoise Soup - potato, leek, onion, fresh herbs, bacon crumble, crouton, cream, served chilled
Room for Dessert? Blueberry and Lemon Cake, with cream of course

Suggested Wine: 2022 Estate Grenache/Syrah/Mourvédre Eagle Foothills AVA prized for its balance, ageability and complexity.
