The 2021 harvest is well underway, the Ranch House is buzzing with excitement as the fermentation vats bubble grapes into wine.  Take a rare moment and have lunch with our Winemaker, Corey Sprott on Dec. 16, 2021 from 11:00am - 1:00pm.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards Estate wines and the vineyards.

  • Our favorite beef Bourguignon, a melt-in-your-mouth, classic French stew made with tender chunks of beef chuck, bacon, and vegetables braised in red wine. 
  • Flavoured with carrots, onions, garlic, and a bouquet garni, and garnished with pearl onions, mushrooms, and bacon.
  • Served with garlicky mashed potatoes

  • Cafe salad -  fresh, tender lettuce dressed with mustardy vinegrette, served with warmed goat cheese croutes
  • beef Bourguignon - beef, slow simmered in hearty red wine along with pearl onions, mushrooms and crisp, cubed bacon. Flavoured with carrots, onions, garlic, and a bouquet garni.
  • Served with Garlicky mashed potatoes
  • We're leaving it to Travis to create a great dessert! 


and of wine of course!

$55/person plus tax (includes service)

 Suggested Wine: 2018 3HRV Single Vineyards Merlot 80% / Cabernet Franc 20%   other wine always available.
