The 2025 harvest is well underway, the Ranch House is buzzing with excitement as the fermentation vats bubble grapes into wine.  Take a rare moment and have lunch with our Winemaker, Corey Sprott on November 20, 2025 from 11:00am - 1:00pm.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards Estate wines and the vineyards.

Our favorite beef Bourguignon, a melt-in-your-mouth stew
made with tender chunks of beef, pearl onions, mushrooms
and vegetables braised in red wine.

  • Cafe salad -  fresh, tender lettuce dressed with mustardy vinegrette, served with warmed goat cheese croutes
  • beef Bourguignon - beef, slow simmered in hearty red wine along with pearl onions, mushrooms and crisp, cubed bacon. Flavoured with carrots, onions, garlic, bouquet garni.
  • Served with Garlicky mashed potatoes

$60/person plus tax (includes gratuity)

 Suggested Wine: 2022 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon   other wine always available.
