The 2021 harvest is well underway, the Ranch House is buzzing with excitement as the fruit of our labor is brought in daily. Take a rare moment and have lunch with our Winemaker, Corey Sprott on Oct 21, 2021 from 11:00am - 1:00pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards Estate wines and the vineyards.
- Coq au Vin - classically prepared French stew of chicken slowly braised in wine and a little brandy, filled with tender meat, crisp bits of bacon, mushrooms and burnished pearl onions.
