We're serving Lunch, with the Winemaker that is.

Gary and I would like everyone to meet our head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. We're offering Lunch with the Winemaker June 24, 2021 from 11:00am - 1:00pm.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards and our new winery.

  • Fresh Asparagus Soup with roasted shrimp
  • Lemon Dijon Chicken Pillard with Gremolata
  • Rosemary Potatoes - Crispy roasted new potatoes
  • Arugula salad with olive oil, lemon and parmesan

Room for dessert?    Strawberry Shortcake with MourvĂ©dre glaze!
