Gary and I would like everyone to meet our new head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. We're offering Lunch with the Winemaker May 27, 2021 from 11:00am - 1:00pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards and our new winery.
- Anti-pasta Salad with Mozzarella, proscuitto, tomato, fresh basil, balsamic glaze
- Flat Iron Grilled medium rare with watercress and walnut pesto
- Sun Dried tomato and Buratta pasta
- Toasted Garlic Crostini
Room for Dessert? Apple Cobbler served with Chantilly Creme and Raspberry sauce
