We're serving Lunch, with the Winemaker that is.

Gary and I would like everyone to meet our head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. We're offering Lunch with the Winemaker July 29, 2021 from 11:00am - 1:00pm.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards and our new winery.

• Fresh Asparagus Soup with Roasted Shrimp
• Grilled Lemon Chicken Paillard with Gremolata
• Rosemary Potatoes - Crispy roasted new potatoes
• Arugula salad with olive oil, lemon and parmesan

Room for dessert?   Fresh strawberry shortcake with Mourvédre glaze!
