We're serving Lunch, with the Winemaker that is.
Gary and I would like everyone to meet head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. We're offering Lunch with the Winemaker on April 2, 2026 from 11:00am - 1:00pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards and our beautiful winery.
- Anti-pasta Salad with Mozzarella, proscuitto, tomato, fresh basil, balsamic glaze
- Flat Iron Steak Grilled medium rare with watercress and walnut pesto
- Sun Dried tomato and Buratta pasta
- Toasted Garlic Crostini
Room for Dessert? Lemon Meringue Tart with shortbread crust and zingy lemon filling, drizzled with local honey
