A classic Fall menu featuring our 2021 Estate Beau Geste, our delicious right bank Bordeaux blend.

Porchetta is one of our very favorite fall dishes.  This perfectly seasoned pork roast is infused with fennel, rosemary, lemon and garlic, then slowly roasted until it's juicy inside, crispy outside and very delicious.
