Gary and I would like everyone to meet our new head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. To do this, we're offering Lunch with the Winemaker on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 11:30am - 1:30pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards.
March 2020 Lunch with the WineMaker Menu
Cafe salad - fresh, tender lettuce dressed with mustardy vinegrette, served with warmed goat cheese croutes
beef Bourguignon - beef, slow simmered in hearty red wine along with pearl onions, mushrooms and crisp, cubed bacon. Flavoured with carrots, onions, garlic, and a bouquet garni.
Served with Garlicky mashed potatoes
Fresh Strawberry Trifle with Raspbery Coulis
and of wine of course!
