Continuation of RANCH or EQUINOX (Club) wine allocation purchases qualifies members for club benefits. Membership may be placed on hold or cancelled at any time. Club members are required to accompany their guests when utilizing winery tasting room privileges and/or redeeming onsite member discounts. Wine deliveries must be signed for by a recipient 21 years or older during normal business hours.
All pick up orders will be held in our tasting room as courtesy to customers for up to 60 days. We are unable to hold wines returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed as pick up orders for more than 60 days. All wine orders not claimed after 60 days will be delivered to the customer shipping address on file at customer expense. Undeliverable purchases will be donated to charity. Refund requests for undeliverable shipments or unclaimed pick up orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee and are not authorized beyond 60 days from the date of purchase.
In certain instances, 3 Horse Ranch agrees to replace corked or damaged bottles of wine. Please contact winery for details and exceptions. The winery highly recommends only shipping wine via Fed Ex ground during mild temperate seasons, so as not to damage the wine in transit. The winery highly recommends upgrading from Fed Ex ground wine shipment to Fed Ex 2-day or Fed Ex overnight air shipment on all wine orders to regions of the country where extremely cold or extremely hot ambient temperatures persist during transit or on arrival to the destination. The winery is not responsible for wine damage due to shipment during Weather Related Shipping Holds for certain areas of the country at certain times of the year.
