We're serving Lunch, with the Winemaker that is.
Gary and I would like everyone to meet our new head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. To do this, we're offering Lunch with the Winemaker on the 2nd and 3rd Thursday's of the month from 12pm-130pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards.
February 2020 Lunch with the WineMaker Menu
Sunburst Salad - leafy greens, port wine poached cranberries, slivered almonds, blue cheese, raspberry vinegrette
New Orleans Style Gumbo - full bodied rich roux, trifecta of celery, onions and peppers, tender chicken, smoked Andouille sausage, grilled shrimp
Served with a scoop of fuffy, long grain white rice
Garlic Bread, of course
Pineapple-Ginger Upside-Down Cake
and of wine of course
$50/person plus tax (includes service)
