This very-close-to-dry (off-dry) Riesling (at .5% RS, or residual sugar) exhibits a lovely bouquet of passion fruit, lemon zest, orange peel, and petrol tones. However, the finish is not sharp or acerbic, as there is just a touch of sweetness to mitigate the sharp acids in a Riesling.
