The 2016 Vivacious, the blending of Eagle Foothills Viognier and Roussanne  creates a fresh, dry white wine! This wine is a proprietary blend of Viognier and Roussanne, which was matured in steel barrels. Viognier provides its classic stonefruit flavors of apricot and peach, while Roussanne adds notes of honey, melon and mountain herbs to the blend.  The ending result is a white wine that is perfect for cocktails or with a light meal for a crowd.
