These 4 oz jars are a precious reminder of lazy summer days on 3 Horse Ranch.
The bees arrived on the ranch in April 2018, just as the wildflowers were starting to bloom. They lived in their hives at a quiet end of a pasture with ready access to the foothills, near a year round spring. As spring turned to summer and then fall we would see and hear the bees everywhere on the ranch gathering nectar for their honey.
In early fall the blossoms were gone, the hives were full of fresh honey and the bees departed for warmer climes.
The happy result of all this activity is our dark-amber wildflower honey.
Very limited quantities.
