A gentle reminder that Spring will eventually arrive.

We're in the process of pruning back all the vines, getting ready for spring 2018.  Each plant, all 30,000+ of them, receives special attention in the late winter, we groom them to receive maximum sunlight, airflow and productivity for the season.  Throughout the year the plants will have been handled a minimum of 6 times before harvest.
